The institute was started on February 28, 1989 under FCC Vimala Province at a land donated by Mr.Thomas-Anna couple, Kalurkkad. The aim of this institution was to provide employment to the poor girls of the neighbourhood. It started with 12 girls and now 33 girls are working here. This organization is registered under the Charitable Society. Chapel linen, decorative vestments, baptismal, Holy Communion and funeral rites vestments, school uniforms etc. are sewn here. Now Sr. Leenet works as director here
