By the Divine Providence this convent was blessed on 28th of October 2006 by Mar George Punnakkottil, the Bishop of Kothamangalam, under the Patronage of St. Jude. The Provincial Superior Sr. Grace Mary took initiative to start this convent. The first Mother Superior was Sr. Sheen Maria. The main Apostolate is parish work and house visiting.
