When Rev. Sr. Lisieux Mary was the Provincial in 1990 the economic condition of our Province was not good. So, she and her council decided to send some sisters to Germany for service. Rev. Fr. Joseph Punnackapadalil, who was the relative of Sr. Lisieux Mary was working in Germany those days and he offered to help her. With his help four of our members got job in Marien Hospital in Germany which was run by Vincentian sisters. The members were Sr. Vimala, Sr. Pius, Sr. Rani Grace and Sr. Jessy Sebastian who started their job on Feb 6th in 1990 and Rev. Sr. Vimala was assigned as the first superior of the community. For building the first house in Germany they received support and care from Rev. Fr. Joseph Punnackapadalil. They also received as much support from Vincentian sisters. Since the hospital in which they were working was named as Marien Hospital so they also decided to name the first house as Marien house.  Rev. Sr. Mary of Lisieux supported usa lot. And also we are receiving love and support from following Provincial Superiors and team members. We are very much valued and appreciated for the service that we render them by the local people.
