It was a necessity of the province to have a formation house for our candidates in a convenient place.  The construction was started in 1991 and the building was completed in 1994.  On March 25th 1995 the convent Clara Sadan was blessed by Rt. Rev. Dr. George Punnakkottil and the 1st group of Novices came here for their training.  The first superior was Rev. Mother Assuntha and Sr. Little Flower was the Novice Mistress.  The C.S.T. priests from Boy's town are of great help to us in administering Sacraments and giving classes to the Formees.  This house serves the purpose of a study house for those who study in Ephrem Institute of the diocese.  Priests from the Bishop's house help us in many ways especially in celebrating Holy Mass daily.
